[CHAKRAS] THE HAND CHAKRAS

 The hand chakras, called minor chakras, have an important role linked to the heart chakra.

 The hand chakras are located in the palm of each hand, they are smaller in size than the main chakras and can open and close at will depending on whether the body needs to give or receive energy.

 These chakras are considered minor energy centers helping to power the seven main chakras.  The hand chakras vibrate at a higher frequency than the other chakras, their usual color is red but they can be blue, white or yellow.

 These chakras are directly associated with the heart chakra, they allow the transmission of loving energy through the hands.  Their general condition indicates our ability to give, receive and create.

 The chakra located in the right palm rotates counterclockwise and the one located in the left palm rotates clockwise.

 The hand chakras are probably the most used and the most contaminated, in fact, they are more in contact with harmful products, bad energies, etc.  than any other chakra in the human body.

 When we meet an unknown person and shake their hand, energy passes from one person to another;  if this energy is negative we may feel a deep and sudden disgust making us want to wipe our hand or put it in our pocket as quickly as possible to avoid any further contact with this person.

 The opposite, that is to say when the hands transmit good energies, can create the desire to get closer to the person, to have more contact, possibly to know them better.

 These reactions happen instinctively without us even realizing it.

 The hand chakras stimulate the throat chakra for communication and the heart chakra for sensuality and physical contact.

 Healthy Hand Chakras

 The heart chakra conditions our ability to channel love and emotions in the body and in the mind, it transmits this information to the hand chakras, it is therefore in the first place the heart chakra which must be harmonious in order to be able to  communicate healthily with the other chakras.

 When the hand chakras are correctly connected to the heart chakra the energy transmitted by the latter can be controlled by the hands.

 People with healthy hand chakras are naturally able to give and receive.

 They can transmit their love, their help without asking for anything in return, receive compliments, gifts without considering it as their due and generally have great manual, artistic and creative abilities.

 When the hand chakras are blocked, the person has difficulty using their hands, for example to demonstrate their feelings through contact (caresses) or express any type of manual creativity(Creative block).

 To open the hand chakras, you must therefore act primarily on the heart chakra.
