So, the conscious mind is any activity that we do consciously, being aware of it, such as reading a book, eating our meals, walking in the park, watching movies, listening to music, etc. On the other hand, the subconscious is like a hidden storage system in our brain, where experiences, emotions, and behaviors are saved, even if we don't remember them. From the time we are born, everything that happens to us, the words we hear, and the way people treat us, all of it gets recorded in our subconscious.

Imagine your consciousness as the main part of your house, and your subconscious as the basement. We clean and organize the main part of the house, but we tend to put unnecessary things in the basement. Similarly, our brain transfers memories related to negative experiences into the subconscious, even if we forget them consciously.

So, everything that we think is forgotten can still affect us through our subconscious. Both positive and negative emotions can program our subconscious. Positive emotions lead to success and happiness, while negative emotions program us for negative outcomes. In upcoming posts, we'll explore how psychological traumas can negatively impact our subconscious and how to heal and reprogram it for a better life.

Subconscious programming starts around age 6-7. How children are treated during this time deeply impacts their subconscious mind. For example, kids exposed to violence may struggle with low self-confidence, loneliness, lying, and bad habits. These negative qualities block our energy flow and lead to negative beliefs. As a result, we attract events based on our beliefs. Those with negative programming often face failures, financial problems, and unhealthy relationships. Childhood traumas play a big role in these challenges. It's important to address this topic seriously because children are our future. Let's treat them right for a better future.

Strong emotions leave deep marks in your subconscious, not just in childhood but at any age. These emotions attract similar experiences into your future through the law of attraction. So, be mindful of what you expose yourself to daily. Whether it's conversations with family and friends, TV shows, movies, books, or social media, they all program your subconscious. 

Avoid negative influences that drown you in negative emotions. If you surround yourself with people who constantly complain about finances, you're programming your mind for poverty. Similarly, watching stressful and fear-inducing content programs your subconscious for stress, attracting more stress into your life. Be mindful of what you expose yourself to and choose positive influences that align with your desired outcomes.

People who constantly humiliate and belittle you can program your subconscious with self-doubt and lack of confidence, leading to failed outcomes. Self-confidence is crucial for success, but hidden blockages from negative experiences can affect it. Similarly, if you've seen financial struggles in your family and surroundings, it may program your mind for poverty. Surround yourself with positive, encouraging, and motivating content to program your brain for confidence, happiness, and success.

Childhood traumas are common, but it's never too late to work on clearing your subconscious.
