The Healing Power Of The Hands (The Power Is In Your Hands)

Since ancient times, there has been evidence of the healing power of hands.
In Ancient Egypt, the act of using the hands to heal and relieve certain conditions has been practiced since ancient times, dominated by priests, and widely practiced in the temples of Osiris, Isis, and Horus.
In medieval England and France, healing hands were well known.
In Tibet, there are records of healing hands dating back more than eight thousand years.
Many religious cultures use the power of joining hands to bless and heal.

The power of the hands is connected to the brain - thought/intention -, and to the heart - feeling/love. So hands if used wisely to their full potential they can  literally bless and heal.

Our thoughts and feelings naturally aim to moderate the vibrations that are radiated by the inhibition of our hands to ourselves or others.

We know that the foundation of the universe is held by polarities: Yin and Yang.
Hands are living antennas, activated by polarities.
The right palm is Yang, stimulating and promoting strength and encouragement. The left palm is Yin and has the ability to relieve pain. And both hands produce these combined effects on a person or on ourselves.
When we think, we feel, and the heart feels. Therefore, the hands are connected to the heart, which, through the energy channels of the arms, projects energy through the palm chakras and the mini chakras of the fingertips - which, when radiated onto the human body, produce natural healing.

- Lift your thoughts and detach from everything.
- Feel the divine light descending above your head, spreading inside and outside your body;
- Now turn your attention to your heart; see everything bright, like a sun;
- Imagine that beams of light coming out of your heart-sun, radiating through your arms and hands;
- Stay like this, for a while, letting the divine light heal you;
- You can also, in this state of being, stretch out your hands & legs as if you're practising ballad dance while transmitting that love+ light to Mother Earth and its inhabitants.
